They will be able to set up a difficult conversation as an opportunity for growth. Furthermore, the audience will become aware of their behavior and influence during a difficult conversation. Lastly, members will learn how to create accountability, growth and success.

JoAnn Bouda, PCC - JoAnn is a veteran coach with decades of experience building teams and developing cultures. JoAnn specializes in developing leaders into exceptional communicators who excel at holding productive difficult conversations. Beginning in the classroom, moving to manage an entire department and finally opening and operating an entire company, JoAnn has done it all. With over 15 years as a professionally certified coach with the International Coaching Federation, JoAnn specializes in leadership development, executive coaching and team building.
Ryan Bouda, C-IQ - Ryan is a millennial coach with exceptional experience and training. Before pursuing his current career path, Ryan worked throughout the construction and engineering industry for a number of years. In his experience within teams and across departments, he saw the communication challenges and decided it was time to beginning building the people inside the buildings. He is professionally trained in a research-driven, scientifically-proven methodology allowing him to specialize in communication dynamics across teams, departments, styles of leadership and generations.
